Shadow-Stitch Oil

An ink-black fluid that feels freezing to the touch and clings to the glass like oil. When a creature's shadow is "stabbed" with a weapon coated in this poison, the creature's movement speed is reduced to 0 and has the Restrained condition. It can make a DC 18 Strength Check at the end of its go to break free of the weapon. The effect will last until the weapon is removed from the shadow, or until the shadow itself disappears (e.g. the sun is blocked out, or a fire causing the shadow to appear is snuffed out).
