Oil of Sharpness

This clear, gelatinous oil sparkles with tiny, ultrathin silver shards. Can be applied to any non-magical melee weapon (or 20 pieces of non-magical ammunition). Applying the oil takes 1 minute after which the oil soaks into the coated item. This item then turns into a +3 version of the weapon or ammunition that was coated.
