Potion of Diminution

The red in this potion's liquid continuously expands from a tiny bead within the clear liquid, to filling the whole potion, and then retracting again. When you drink this potion, you gain the "reduce" effect from the Enlarge/Reduce spell for 1d4 hours, with no concentration required.
