Resurrection Jelly

A clear jelly-like substance. Although it can't move, it seems to "react" to the presence of a living person. When rubbed on a creature, or part of a creature, that has died, If willing the dead creature will return to life as if the Reincarnate Spell has been cast on it. Does not work if they have died of old age.
